Description:
Lawyer and city official. Mr. Morris was a member of the Masonic Order and has been the commissioner of the Department of Parts for the City of New York. He was a trustee of several hospitals and various organizations. He has been awarded many honors, among them the Legion of Honor of France. He was a member of the Board of Trustees of Hampton Institute from 1941-1966.
